The cooker is comprised of an insulated steel steam pressure vessel, one variable speed product dosing pump, a slurry heating coil, a steam extration chamber and two receving vessels, all of which are mounted on a common base plate. The special designed continuously vacuum cooker can guarantee the quality of the condensed syrup with stably running, sanitary and humanization designing, and easy to operate and maintain.
